Had the lead in both games scoring 14 pts in each first half of the last 2 games.

Looks like they will need a good 4-5 game streak to make the playoffs now.

I hope they get it too.

Just so we can beat them in the Dome on the 31st and knoch them out :)

Dunno about you, but i don't want our tired young team playing against a team full of vets that know how to get to the Superbowl at the end of the season..

I want them set back as far as possible, not even a wildcard to decide.

By them winning their games it helps out knock out other guys though - like Atlanta

I want them to lose against the buc's and win against ATL, If this happens and saints win at least The Division games and beat the bad AFC teams we "SHOULD" beat, we'll be the real deal, and wont have to worry about Carolina winning or losing. Let ATL and Carolina fight for Wildcard

But what about about our SOS? We'll slip in the polls man ...

We need them to beat the Falcons and then be out of play off contention for the last game. That is a lot to ask. We can not hope for a wild card spot. We need to win this division!

If the Panthers play run defense the rest of the year the way they did in the 4th quarter against Dallas, they can forget about the playoffs.

Now Dallas has a good OL and a great combo in Jones/Barber. But the Panthers were at home, with a 4th quarter lead against a Dallas team on the road after a Monday night game (teams in that situation lose 83% of the time).

Yet the Panthers looked liked they were the ones out of gas as Barber and Jones ran in 3 TDs and were key in the big drive to start the quarter. Parcells never had to make Romo try to win the game himself in his first start.

When did this happen?

I should've been more specific.

I think they've had a good run blocking OL for a while now, either that or Julius Jones is superman, since he's averaging almost 80 to 90 yards per game for his career despite sharing carries with Barber.

The issue was whether they could pass-block, or whether it was Drew Bledsoe's fault for standing immobile in the pocket like a statue for 10 seconds.
