N/S Mcnair to retire (merged) (1 Viewer)

Well, Steve did have a great career.... and the greatest haircut.

No more of that teepee thing with the hands above the head...what the heck was that about, anyway??

A year too late IMO....but glad to see him hang them up.

Well, the good news is that the Ravens will probably skip over Ellis, giving us a better shot at landing him.

I liked him as a QB, but lost a lot of respect with him the last timie they played us in the dome. After a a play was reviewed and reversed in the Ravens' favor, he pointed to the sky as if to praise God for his part in the reversal.

Might be nit picky, but I doubt God influenced that reversal.

Might be nit picky?.........

Hmm this may have some serious Balt drafting impacts. They have been saying that McNair was their starting QB and people have been speculating that they wouldn't draft QB until after round 1. Does this mean that they go for Matt Ryan or Brian Brohm now? Maybe they trade out of pick 8, up or down to get a QB in the right slot?

This makes things interesting right in front of us.

That actually makes me like him more. Giving God the credit for anything is the right thing to do in my book. :) But I can see where some might not like that. Depends on your belief system. :)

I think that had to do with him giving props to some college fraternity. I'm not exactly sure, anyone is free to correct me or give more information of course. But besides that, he really had a good career.
