Just heard it. He crawfished a bit, probably to avoid a fine. Said that Bush had cheap-shotted him on an interception play and he took offense to it. He was definitely trying to smooth it out because he said that Bush is a great guy and he respected him. Said he meant that he was just trying to put a good, sound hit on Bush and that's what he meant about "the extra hot sauce" line. I'm paraphrasing, of course.

Dan questioned him on trying to hurt him, because of what was said in the Baltimore paper. Denied trying to him, too much respect and said he'd never loose his cool to do something like that.

It all sounded so nice and professional, but contradicted his earlier, cocky quotes.

He and Keith Oberman are talking about it right now. 1:05.

I heard him on Tony Bruno, I am convinced he is developmentally delayed, I also believe that he has numerous STDs, can anyone confirm this? Oh and he is also on steriods, he is just using the wrong kind, steroids from a rat I believe, it doesn't help him physically but it does account for the size of his manhood.

1st gut laugh I've had since Saturday

There's an article on ESPN where he is saying he didn't intentionally try to hurt Bush and it wasn't a cheap shot. Also said the "hot sauce" reference he made in a couple interviews was about the spicy food in New Orleans. Guess someone told him he is being a moron for bragging about it. Can't see how the NFL can't fine him for this.

Here is the link http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2644743&campaign=rss&source=ESPNHeadlines

He was just mad because Reggie is an icon in the NFL and no one knows who he is. Before the game on Sunday I had never heard his name mentioned and I follow football like a religion so I think it may be a jealousy factor.

It sounds like he has been spending a lot of his time for the past few days lying to the reporters who are eager to interview him. I guess he will think twice before saying/doing something stupid like that again. For instance, look at Ray Lewis. When he was involved in those murder convictions several years back, he had to spend a lot of his time lying about not doing it. Look at him now... he isn't even thinking of murdering people anymore. :yelrotflmao:

rpmgatech check your messages dude.

He was very well spoken and convincing. You'd never guess he was the brash guy that was quoted in the paper. Post-game cockiness and excitement wore off and the realization of what he said hit home. Amazing what some legal and/or p.r. coaching can do.

I'd like to see footage of the "cheap shot" Bush took on him. There may be something there.

on Tony Bruno he sounded anything but well spoken, I was serious when I said I thought he might be developmentally delayed.

I did some fact finding and discovered that Bart's momma made hot monkey love with a gila monster which accounts for the freakish neck this idiot was born with

He didn't say he "put a little hot sauce on the hit"....he said he "put a little hot sauce on the ankle"...

Now why would you single out the ankle if you weren't trying to do something to it? He was wiggling bad.

The media seems to have his back. I think they've all turned on reggie now that we finally lost a bad game.
