So even with a group effort they couldn't figure out how to cover the windows from the outside?

/bwahahaha

That's what I was thinking. A group of engineers couldn't figure a way to protect the windows from the outside? Sounds like they are making up an excuse after the fact.

I'm sure they could - but it would cost a lot more money - probably more than just replacing the windows.

I got an MA at A&M, so I am defending them, even though I don;t consider myself an Aggie. It is probably a more conservative school than Bob Jone University. Most of the students actually looked down on smoking weed - imagine that

Well, considering that would get you kicked out of the Corps of Cadets, I don't find that surprising at all.

You're an AGGIE?!?!? :_rofl: Say it isn't so.

Just messing with you. We all know it is generally the undergrads that act like Aggies. I fully understand you protecting your degree.

Our windows will not support the weight of plywood screwed into their frames

Maybe they should have considered a stronger material such as styrofoam or wicker. They look like any other commercial window.[FONT=Trebuchet MS,Bookman Old Style,Arial]

The Corps makes up, what? .5% of the student body? Not even that - 2,000 members in a school of 45,000.

The Aggies deserve a lot of the ridicule they get. If Children of the Corn were a true story - no doubt it would be set in College Station, TX.
