Any sports bar should carry the game. Most bars carry multiple games through NFL Sunday Ticket.

Places for the Saints game.

Try "The Thirsty Turtle" at Airport & Whitesburg or "The End Zone" at University & ParkWay. Those two are about it for a decent place to go. Huntsville is not that big!!

The Endzone will definately have the game. I would recommend that you go a little early and ask either the manager or one of the people that work there which TV will have the game. I've been going there for years (even after i got DirecTV) and they will work with you.

After the game, the Thirsty Turtle has Good beer in "BIG" mugs.

If you feel like going to Birmingham, there's a pretty good Sports bar called "On Tap". I watched the Saints/Bucs game and really enjoyed it.

Go to the "end zone", they play all the games, and back when I lived there they had plenty of saints fans in attendence. I live in Nashville now, but still make the trip down there from time to time just to catch up with the old crowd. The bar shows all of the games, so you wont miss the saints game.

The bar is on university drive near Memorial parkway, next to shoneys.

Interesting, I used to live in Huntsville. Back then, it seemed hard to even find a place you can get a drink on Sunday.

Yeah, I remember those times, the place has changed a bit. They opened the bars on sunday, and then they allowed over the counter sales on sunday. Pretty soon they may get running water too.

Okay, I don't know what happened to my reply. I live in Huntsville, and it has changed a lot over the last 15 years. It's a really nice place to live now. My only gripe is that they don't sell liquor in the groceries. I was too used to that in New Orleans, and I miss that.

Anyway, as far as sports bars, the Endzone is okay, but I prefer Sammy T's on University Dr. It's a little more upscale, but still plenty relaxed. I think they have about 30 TVs in the place, and they'll tune it to whatever game you want. The food is good too.
