Jaws on ESPN (1 Viewer)

Don't count out the Panthers until we get a win over them. Also, the Falcons can get that Monday night game back with a win over us. The only thing I'm going with is that the Bucs won't catch us being 5 down (due to the sweep) with 8 to go.

I saw that. Jaws didn't hesitate when he was asked to predict.

"Saints win the division," Jaws said firmly.

Sweet.

I agree. It is way too early to count out the Panthers, and the Falcons were on a tear before whatever happened today in Detroit (I haven't seen anything on that game yet). Although things are looking up and I couldn't be happier, we still have a tough road ahead and need to stay focused; one game at a time.

We haven't won anything yet!

But with every victory I get my hopes up just a little bit more! :9:

With every win, our boys are gaining confidence. We have as good a chance to take the division as the Panthers and the Turds. We just have to take them one game at a time.

The saints haven't won anything untill they get 4 more wins.

I think Bress could very well be a MVP candidate, but he'll have to overcome a huge saints bias to get that. I think Colston should be NFL Offensive Player of the Year, but probably have to settle for Offensive Rookie of the Year.

If not MVP, a more probable award "'Come back player of the year"

I think the Panthers are done. I feel the Falcons will bounce back but be inconsistent all year. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say if we beat the Falcons in Atlanta at the end of the month we will all but seal up the division.

The next three games mean quite a bit. If we win 2 of them I am sure we get into the playoffs.

Isn't it great we are even having this conversation?

yeah, it is...

after 9 weeks of the NFL season, if you would have told me we would have been 6-2...i would have ****** myself...

this is a fun time for Saints fans! we need to soak it up!

I really didn't see us being in a position to have this conversation though I've been saying all along that we could surprise. I hope we keep it up.

True enough... especially when you consider what subjects we were discussing on this forum last year at this time!

Yikes!!!

What a difference a week makes. After last Sunday, all the pundits were annointing Vick the second coming, that the Falcons were the second best team in the NFC to Chicago, and had dropped New Orleans way down their charts. This week, they will all switch again. The vast majority are notoriously flip-floppy.
Jaws, however, has been backing the Saints for a several weeks now and didn't swear off us last week. Even though he jumped on the Vick bandwagon last week, he also predicted that Lions WR Roy Williams would have a huge game today (he was the only one I saw who said this). I don't think he picked the Lions to win, but he got that part right.
I don't care what these guys say, but I'm looking for the team to keep forcing compliments out of 'em as they continue to play above everyone's expectations.
Bring on the Tattered Curtain!

WHO DAT!!!!!!!
