I think there is a superstar brewing in New Orleans and his name is Marques(sp.) Colston!!! GO SAINTS NICE WIN!!!

Add his 11 catches for 123 yards today and he sets the new rookie record at 700 yards so far, and only 2 td's away from Donte now!!!

Colston is three touchdowns short of breaking the franchise rookie record of eight, set in 2002 by the receiver he replaced in the starting lineup, Donté Stallworth. And he's 108 yards short of passing Cam Cleeland's single-season rookie mark for receiving yards as a Saint, 684. And he already has team rookie marks for single-game receiving yards (163) and the longest touchdown catch (88 yards).

I don't know what else he's got to do to earn superstar status.

He is already the best thing to have come out of the draft for the Saints in YEARS!!!

Colston is a BEAST!!!

Time to redo his contract NOW!!! :9:

Marquees Colston reminds me of Jerry Rice!!.....unbelievable separation, and hands!!......just like Jerry Rice!

Colston has 7 Tds at this point in the season. Stallworth had 8 Tds in all of 2002. He's one TD away, not 3.

I think he could very well be the next great big WR. He reminds me of Moss and TO. He is good for at least one "OMG how did he catch that?" a game. The guy is the complete package. Barber couldn't do anything to stop him today. It won't be long before teams are gameplanning for him, if they aren't already.

I love Colston too, but let's not get carried away. He reminds me of Roy Williams or Javon Walker. Jerry Rice? That's a stretch.

To me, I think he's more of a mix between T.O. and Keyshawn Johnson. He's about as fast as T.O. and faster than Keyshawn. He's not quite as bulky as T.O. and he's bigger than Keyshawn. But like Keyshawn, he's got great hands (better than Owens) and he uses his body well in tight coverage. Fortunately his personality doesn't resemble either of these two guys. We've got a gem!

I know... I'm thinking ahead.

I just NEVER want to lose this guy!

He MUST retire here! :9:

The longer we take to get him a new contract the more its going to cost. He's obviously the lowest paid WR in the league.

That quote was from the article before the game. One away from tying it 2 to break it now. I'm hoping he smashes it by about 10 td's anyway.
