The PSP Go arrives in stores on Thursday.

So are you going to get one? One the upside, it is a nice form factor. However my personal opinion is that the downloadable content is too big of a downside.

Yes, I know that it is no different than buying games on the iPhone but the last time I checked, iPhone games cost between $0.99 and $10 for the most part. I'm also not sure how folks are going to like paying $30 to $40 for games that have no trade in value.

Another thing is that Sony is asking $249.99 for the PSP go while the PSP 3000 sells for $170 or less. I'm not so sure that Sony is offering that much of an improvement to justify the price.

Frankly I think Sony has another failure on its hands. However I do think they will find a lot more success when they drop the price to $199.

So what say the Sony Fanboi's?? ;)

if i could justify it, i would

but i have a ps3 and a 360...my gaming plate is full....i don't travel much so i don't really have use for it

I have a PSP 3000. Iphone gaming is equal if not better, and MUCH cheaper.

I travel constantly. Staying in a dump in Jackson, MS tonight in fact. Even with travel, I will not buy a PSP Go. All my gaming must be done on my cellphone so I can at least appear to be an adult.

I had a PSP for awhile, and I travel internationally. The library of games was too thin to keep it.

I'm mildly interested in the PSPgo, but at $250 its too much.

With a Dell 15% off coupon code, you can get the PSP 3000 for $145.

I just don't see any benefit in getting the PSP Go. I'm really starting to think Sony screwed up again.

have PSP 3000, I barely use it to justify getting it for my Bday last year. first month I owned it I played it every night before I went to bed, but since then I've been reading rather than playing PSP. Travel to Atlanta about 5 times a year to bring my mother back and forth and visit my sister and her family and I play it sparingly then cause the kids hassle me nonstop to play Wii with them.

I contemplated last month on which one to get. I decided on the PSP3000. I figured you could find games cheaper at stores when they have dicounts or sales, than dealing with only Sony pricing their downloads.

I love my PSP, only for a handful of games though. Well, one game mostly. Hot shots golf Open Tee 2 has been the most played game I own for 6 mos or so now & I own a hell of alot of games. Without Hot Shots I would probably hardly ever mess with my PSP.

The PSP go looks like teh ghey.
