I know there's the possibility of going 16-0, but realistically we will almost certainly get a L sometime this year. When do you think it might happen?

I think we get past the Giants and could go into the MNF game against the Pats being 10-0. IMO, The Giants are the only game between now and the Pats that really worries me, but coming off a bye and in the Dome at 4-0 I think we handle business. The only other game in between there to really worry about would be the Falclowns, but no way they come into the Dome on a Monday night and walk out with a W.

If they keep playing at this level and don't play down to the competition this could realistically be a 14 win season. I just want to see a NFCCG win in the Dome. I think next year is finally here.

Love your optimism, but one game at a time is how I'm looking at it. Not trying to think that far ahead JMO

damn leave it to a saints fan...lol cant we remain undefeated until we play the giants? can i please have that?

I know that, and I usually stay pretty grounded. I was just looking at the easy slate we have in front of us and even the tough games we have favorable conditions (at home, night games), and thinking how easy it would be at this point to go 10-0. Might not happen, but if we get past the Giants I give us better than even odds of going into the Pats game undefeated.

Almost every year one team makes it to 10-0.....why not us this year?

It's not a negative thread.....it's a positive one. Sorry to add more fluff to the SSF, but I hardly ever start a post on this board. :ezbill:

I feel that it will be the Giants. Simple reason is history stats that when the Saints come off a by week they lose there games.

For some reason they don't get up for the games after the bye week. Well, we shall see what happens...

What the hell... 16-0

As long as there's nothing in the L column, I'll be stupidly optimistic about this :)

LOL, You can't even mention the "L" word around here without ruffling some feathers. :hihi:

I posted this when we were 4-0. I like looking back and seeing I was dead-on about going 10-0. Now however, I think we have a realistic chance of being 16-0.

No negativity this week guys. We need all the positive vibes and support to be sent to the team. All negativity must be sent to ATLANTA.

Our first lost will happen when it happens other than that I can't/won't predict it.
