Depending upon the oddsmaker, the Steelers are favored by 3 to 5 points, with most lines at 4.

The key to winning is sacking Big Ben!

If we get 3 sacks I think we will win

I still have vivid membories the Steelers completely destroying the '93 saints in Pittsburg, revenge would a sweet thing.

I think the Steelers match up real well against us and it will be a total shootout. Anyone's game.

Keeping their running game down will be a huge plus since Ben isn't playing all that well right now. Make him throw. I know our pass defense could use some help, but I see them doing well against the pass vs Pitt.

Our defense will win this game. If we are going to get turnovers it will be against this Steelers team. I expect the Saints to win by at least 5pts.

We need to catch the interceptions, not bounce the ball off your chest like a backboard.

I actually think the Saints matchup better against the Steelers. It is big time quartbacks that scare me, ie someone with the last name Manning.

Well I am thinking of the Atl-Pit game. They tore up the secondary in that one. Our secondary is ripe for tearing I am afraid.

Any game is "anyone's game"----witness Miami's defeat of Chicago.
Obviously, the task of the oddsmaker is to set the line so that half of the bet falls on either side. So, the line is a reflection of what the bettors are expected to do, rather than the personal viewpoint of the oddsmaker.

That said, the Steelers have demonstrated little of what got them to last year's Superbowl. The Saints have won 3 of 4 road games, and played well in their lone defeat at Carolina. Take the Saints and the points.

We MUST get pressure on Big Ben or its gonna be a long day.

Look what happened when we played McNair, he sat back there and tore us up with a crappy corps of receivers to say the least. McNair's previous QB rating was a lowsy 64, like 128 after playing us.

We simply do not defend the pass well at all when we do not pressure the QB. Bullocks looks like a rookie back there and our corners are iffy at best so pressuring the QB is a must all season long. We face one of the elite receivers in the league in Hines Ward and can ill afford to let Big Ben sit back there and play pitch and catch with this guy.

I still have vivid memories of the Saints ripping the Steelers heart out in the dome in 2002!

Deuce ran all over them that day and we sacked Maddux a BUNCH!

I just hope they don't start Batch.....then it could be a long day!
