AP Poll
1. Florida
2. Alabama
3. Texas
4. VATECH
5. Boise ST
6. USC
7. Ohio St
8. Cinny
9. Miami
10. LSU

Personally my top 10 is:

1. Florida - Even with a cloudy Tebow they beat LSU in death valley, LSU is glad Brantley didnt start
2. Alabama - Looking like a SEC CG then a BCS CG rematch
3. VATECH - There playing great on both sides of the ball and there special teams is the best
4. Texas - Looking bad so far, we will see if there as good as there pre-season rank this coming weekend.
5. USC - I think the defense carries this team
6. Nebraska - mover over OK and Texas a new sheriff in town...
7. Ohio ST - Defense carries this team to the BIG 10 title
8. Iowa - finding ways to win games every week...
9. Boise ST - can you say cake walk schedule 9th by default
10. LSU - again by default - dont think Miami/Oregon/Cinncy is better than LSU right now....

LSU is no #10.

They held #1 Florida to 13 Points. If they had a DECENT quarterback who doesn't think he's Michael Vick Jr. and can't choose whether to run or pass, they COULD have beaten them. They already have one of the best, if not, THE BEST WR in College Football, and 2 Excellent runningbacks in Keiland Williams and Charles Scott, and THE fastest man in College Football Trindon Holliday, but even with all that talent, you can't do nothing with them with a below average quarterback. He's young, he'll learn, but he needs to learn on the sidelines...just sayin...

Excellent analysis. LSU should be starting that experienced Senior QB whose name I can't recall...

Not one Senior QB. Heck, not even a Junior. Jarrett Lee comes closest...

  • 9 Jordan Jefferson - Sophomore
  • 10 Russell Shepard - Freshman
  • 12 Jarrett Lee - Sophomore
  • 14 Chris Garrett - Freshman
  • 17 T.C. McCartney - Sophomore
I think they should give McCartney a chance. I know his father, Sal Aunese, was a pretty good QB before he died.

MLU was being sarcastic in case you missed it...
