Everybody will finally be on our bandwagon

We will hear it the rest of the season too

Just setting expectations....I know some on here are not totally comfortable with the Saints being a frontrunner and having a mark on our backs

You couldn't be more right. There will be no more rookie QB excuses, McNabb less excuses. The Giants are complete, and when we beat them we will be considered the class of the NFC, the team to beat. Especially with Minnesota losing next week. I don't see Baltimore losing 3 in a row. We will be the last undefeated NFC team.

This will be one of the toughest tests for the Saints this season. This will be no blowout on either side. I think the Saints sneak away with a 3 or 4 point win here. But it could easily go the other way. Either way, this team is still a 10+ win team, but it would be nice to get the first round bye and a jump on home field over the Giants.

If we dont turn the ball over and the refs call a fair game we will win. W`ere not the old Saints anymore. I predict Saints 31-20.

I know the Giants are good, but they have not played anyone with the level of talent/intensity that we will have and it may take them a quarter or two to adjust and if we come out strong and jump on them, it could be a long day for them. 34-17

But, but Eli's heel! And no Boley! If only they still had Plaxico!

Well, I'm going to disagree, a little.

The Giants and their fans already have an excuse for this game.

"Eli's foot"

Just wait. The excuses will fly out hot and heavy about that foot.

I fear the running game of the giants and fear us abandoning ours.

I would be more stunned with a Saints blowout than a Giants blowout.

Did you see the game yesterday? I watched all of the first quarter and I can tell you that it is a valid excuse. He threw the ball awkwardly to say the least.

So you're still picking the Saints to lose, at home, to the Giants, even though you admit Eli has a bum foot? But you're leaving the door open to hang your hat on the excuse that if the Giants do lose, it was because of his foot. Does that about cover it?

sure believe what you want dude ! :smilielol: Whatever helps you sleep at night.

Clueless wonder.

That's not a valid response. Why don't you try offering more to the conversation than one-liners? I'm asking you what you think, point blank, and you're just bailing out. I've seen you say with confidence that the Saints will lose, but you're not really offering any sound, well-thought-out reasoning to defend your position.

+1.

HOWEVER:

Baltimore winning in spite of its defense for the first time in many many years.

They lost yesterday because of the defense.

Minny can easily beat Baltimore.
