I really think Chase is cut to make room for Carney, if Hartley was on the roster against the Jets I think he would have tried a couple of long field goals that Carney don't have the strong leg to try. But regardless I'm glad they kept both ( maybe Seattle will trade for Carney ).

I can think of a few that might be interested, but highly doubt they like him enough to put them on their active roster. Just look at places that are having QB issues: Raiders, Bucs, Jax, etc.
