This team needs to take this game from Pitt They need to go in their stadium and say we don't care what Cower or Porter have to say about them winning the game. Every time in the past if a team needed a win and they were playing the Saints they got it,not this year not this time. This team needs to get nasty and mean and say,we have the winning record and I don't care what you say we are gonna punch ya in the mouth and take the game from you. Attitude and not laying down but fighting will win this game because they will be coming to play. If they do not come with Attitude and emotion than the game will be lost before it starts.

End of comentary.

I agree, I think that's what happened in that Baltimore game, I think we were a little intimidated by them, and we didn't play our game......

I don't think we were intimidated by them, I just think their secondary made some plays on the ball and took us out the game. In a rematch with them I think we take them. Oh well, we learned from it and I hope we expose PITT's secondary as we did TB.

I agree. We need to show no mercy. Who cares what they did last year. We need to beat them at there own game.

You know I can't say that, I truly think we were either intimidated or we gave them too much respect, one of the two.....We'll see how we do against a very physical AFC Steelers team which is pretty similar to Baltimore.....This time its on the road.

True, actually I hope for a close game and I want to see what we are made of. I do want to blow out the Bengals though. But, for some reason I would rather see a hard fought win this week with a win by 10 or 7 and a few different situations that we have yet to face so this team can mature that much more. I am pumped for this weekend's game.

I like for the Saints to beat the teams at their own game. You know what I mean? A team like Pitts. they are known for running the ball. Then lets run the ball down their throats. Against Cincy they are know for airing it out so hit deuce up the middle a few times to get the defense up then hit them long like Ocho Cinco. Beat the teams at their own game and show them we mean business.

Yea, I know what you mean Jack T. You see, I think we will be able to air the ball out against Cincy. I am sorry to say but their defense is just less than stellar this year. I mean last year they were getting INT's all the time and just forcing turnovers every game. Now, you can run it up the gut on them, you can run the stretch. You can throw hot routes, long balls, crossing routes and basically anything you desire. Not to get overconfident but I think we beat Cincy in a shootout. Back to PITT, I would love for us to just grind out like 150 yards this game. That would be great, we shall see there Jack T, we shall see but I am so ready for this game.

Mee tooooooooooooo. See how they can get up for a game that can really go either way. It could get into a shootout but I see a 24-13 game or something like that.

Definitely, I'd like to see us go in and play smash mouth and beat them good. I think the closet game to what you're thinking of was Carolina, and of course we took the lead in the 4th, and it was hard fought game throughout, but on that next drive the Panthers just took it right down the field on our defense and scored....

Honestly I think that's how it might go, the Steelers may try to run it a little more then they have been doing to see if they can soften up our D and try to hit us with play actions, this game may come down to defense and field position....and taking advantage of any scoring oppurtunity we can get.....I think our D is going to be tested in the run game......

I think letting porter commentary effect your team is counterproductive. I think the saints are doing the right thing. Respect them for the talent on the team, and whatt theyy have accomplished in recent history, play the saints style of football. Which, if you haven't noticed, forces team to play OUR game. Changing to become more pittsburgh than pittsburgh will only lose the game for the saints, because they already have thier own game. The offense just needs to keep doing what they are doing, and take advantage of pittsburgh attempts at blitzing, and on d.....get bodies to the ball. That's it. Keep Ben on the bench, and force cowher to treat the third quarter as if it is the end of the game, because he may not see the ball in the fourth quarter.

The keys to beating the steelers is we have to go in there and score first like against Tampa. Need to take the crowd out of it. If we can keep their offense in check and not allow them to make many big plays and we score we should be fine. But we must take the crowd out of the game.
