I'm not worried about our passing against Dallas but how do you think we will do in the run game? You think Ivory can run over Ware. I hope he does several times. I see Bush being more of a WR for Dallas game. A quick screen pass about 20 times.

The Cowboys are 22nd in the league in rushing defense for a reason.

did you guys feel a great sense of satisfaction watching Ivory truck guys? I love it when our team plays tough and bullies the opponent.

Thats what i liked about Deuce. He ran through players and not around. Ivory does the same. Lowers that head and BAM! But I see it also takes its toll on the young guy too.

look for balance in this one.

The play-action, if we get the run going, is going to be sick. Even pump-fakes to Reggie in the flat will open things up.

cant wait.

I really see RB in the screens, flats and PA more than anything. I'm hoping for a 2009 performance from this team (not the Dallas game of course).

Yeah, and Deuce, as good as he was, gave us only about 4 or 5 years of his talent, with all the injuries and such..

Hopefully it's not the same for Ivory.

They do say that the life expectancy for a RB is 2.5 or 3.5 years. I forgot which one but its one of those 2.

Yeah we've struggled on the run this year. Also, going up against Forte, Arian Foster, Chris Johnson, Adrian Peterson, Jones Drew, Bradshaw/Jacobs (twice), may have skewed the numbers a bit. Ware isn't the problem, and I don't think I've ever seen him "run over", or any of our line backers for that matter except maybe brooking, but I expect that he'll start sharing playing time with Sean Lee who is finally getting healthy, so he may be a bit more fresh.

I think tomorrow's game is going to be close, Cowboys' fan. No matter which team wins, however (and I hope and believe the Saints will prevail), this much is true; the Cowboys WILL NOT make the playoffs this season. They will not win the NFC East, and 9-7 is not going to cut it as a Wildcard in the NFC. They are playing for pride, and possibly for Jason Garrett's job.

That's why it will be great when we are healthy, so that Ivory doesn't need to take so many snaps. Think about a backfield with Bush, PT, and Ivory and add Heath Evans to the mix. That would be scary to defend.

I'm looking for Reggie's touches to be limited. Probably 10 at the most.

I look for Ivory to start evolving. I'm sure Payton has worked on his passing game, and if he gets in the open among the smurfs, he's going to hurt someone. :hihi:

Still, Dallas worries me. They are as talented as any team in the NFL. If we can't pressure Kitna, we'll struggle to keep up.

The key to the running game will be their NT and how we eliminate him.
