Ivory has vision. He would be dangerous on KO return.

Maybe. PT has done it in the past. I would like to see CI in the open field, using his power, speed and vicious stiffarm. But we NEED him at RB for now, and he needs to learn the position as much as possible.

But not a bad thought.

really? I couldn't remember any screen to Ivory this season, but I'm still surprised that he has not been given one opportunity for a screen. It was such a huge part of the game plan last season with PT in the rotation. I wonder if that change has more to do with Reggie and PT being injured or just mixing up the game plan. I don't think it's a matter of knowing the playbook since you say Ivory hasn't been given even one screen

SP doesn't trust him on passing downs, so he won't be in the backfield in the opportune times for screen passes.....

Considering Reggie's salary the fumble and dropped red zone pass, I think your arguement can be used against Reggie moreso than PT at this point.

One off game doesn't make someone of Reggie's caliber expendable. I won't even get into the Reggie/PT argument because everyone knows who's more valuable.

I have a feeling were saving the Ivory screen for a rainy day, but its coming.. Payton is letting everyone forget that the guy can catch and run with the ball..
