I really didn't want to make this "I'm worry about this game post" but a few things have me a little concerned. First off, the Saints have a history of playing down to a team with a bad record..especially one that they're not familiar with like Cincinnati. Second is the weather conditions. Even though the early forecast looks decent something could change. Third is Drew Brees and this Sportsman of the year thing. I'm very happy for him and want to give him congratulations but I'm a little worried about this being a distraction that could have him off in terms of his preparations....Lastly is the defense. I'm not saying they're playing bad by any means but the fact is the last 2 QBs they faced they've given up over 300 yards passing. I really don't think you can afford to give that to Carson Palmer and that Bengal offense given how they've been struggling. Overall, I may be just worried over nothing but everytime I think of that Arizona game it makes me sick and I never want to see a showing like that against a team the Saints should've beaten.

Why must every game with a crap record team be labeled a trap game? I think it's safe to say that the Saints are not taking ANY game lightly. Not this late in the season, not when we have a LOT to play hard for.

10 days to prepare will not lead to any trap games....with greg williams and sean payton knowing the Failclowns are one game up....

check the '06 game

Believe me, you dont have to worry about Drew Brees preparation....
that may be true, but see what good it did him against the Cats back in '06. 595 yards total (with only maybe 50 rushing) is great, but he had one, or shall i say FOUR BIG problems in that game.
