they always get blacked out...nothing new.
I'm from Canada so have always had to use NFL Sunday Ticket (thus no black outs) so I'm not sure how this works? If the Tampa fans want to see the game on TV, are they able to see it with Sunday Ticket? Or do they black that out as well?
The deadline to sell out your non-premium seating to avoid a blackout is exactly 72 hours before kickoff.
So there is no way that a blackout can be confirmed for that game until Thursday at around 4:05 eastern time (since it got flexed to the late kickoff).
However, every single one of their home games have been blacked out so far, so it's likely this one will be too if I had to guess.
