Most damning evidence: Goodell and the NFL care about player safety SO MUCH that, of all the players struggling with post-career injuries, they take care of a mere 3-5% of them. The rest they ignore. Yet all players pay into a fund that's supposed to take care of this.
Oh yeah and the look on Bayless' face when Feeley said Goodell doesnt care about players safety.. bayless was speechless and he said "thats a strong statement"
2 current NFL players calling out Goodell in front of millions of people is a very strong statement indeed. Only the truth is ever so strong.
Bayliss wasn't owned; he had no business in the conversation. The fact the he allegedly writes about sports for a living and he was unaware of the difficulty retirees have in getting disability claims?
Bayliss could only offer shock comments: "You don't think the commissioner is concerned with player safety? That's a strong statement." Also his remarks about Pollard being a dirty player were just meant to incite. Both Feely and Woodson laughed at him for offering a weak opinion as fact.
Skip Bayliss looked pitiful on that panel. Dude had not right being there. It's amazing when someone who is able to give the illusion of knowledge and then actually gets on the stage, the only thing he is able to establish is his own buffoonery.
Not only is he resentful because he can't throw a ball, he's also resentful because he can't present a fact as a journalist. Loser.
