Here’s a look at the changes that have been announced around the NFL:
ARIZONA CARDINALS - General manager Rod Graves and head coach Ken Whisenhunt
BUFFALO BILLS - Head coach Chan Gailey
CHICAGO BEARS - Head coach Lovie Smith
CLEVELAND BROWNS - General manager Tom Heckert and head coach Pat Shurmur
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS - General manager Gene Smith
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS - Head coach Romeo Crennel
NEW YORK JETS - General manager Mike Tannenbaum
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES - Head coach Andy Reid
SAN DIEGO CHARGERS - General manager A.J. Smith and Head Coach Norv Turner
TENNESSEE TITANS - Executive vice president Mike Reinfeldt
All these teams will have to LEARN new systems, new everything. and be out of the Playoff hunt in 2013....and Sean Payton is no different, as he has TONS notes from every game, snap, player personnel groupings and packages, etc..and am sure he will review EACH game of 2012 AGAIN, with all the coaches, like the game were played the day before, and evaluate some more..
It will NOT be like 2009 season...expect Sean Payton to be "angrier" and more focused" ala Parcells....STONE faced.......not the "Happy Go Lucky" Coach we all love, becase HE alone will be under the microscope MORE so as "Let's see what you can do with your Saints team now that you're back, or are you REALLY worth being the highest paid NLF Coach?" And Drew Brees will be getting ripped by Coach Payton as never before...which is good...
also, Devery Henderson will not be back, unless for dirt cheap as Sean Payton has plans for Morgan, Graham, and PT will be used HEAVILY in 2013....Sean LOVES Pierre Thomas more than ANYONE... Use Sproles, sparingly used...to compliment the run game...not rely on his so much.... Graham will be in BEAST mode in 2013...book it and so will Lance Moore who was invisible in 2012!! Thanks a lot Carmichael....... Look for Sean to BLOW UP the 2012 playbook as it is tired and predictable... LOL
All NFL experts and TV analysts will say Sean's return will be a BUST if the Saints don't at least make it to the NFC Championship in 2013, and winning it all...
