Round 1 -Xavier Rhodes - CB - Florida State - In my opinion, I think he'll be BPA at 15. Coincidentally, I think he fits a huge need. I think with the hiring of Rob Ryan, I would almost guarantee this will be our pick. If Dion Jordan is still there, I'd rather take him.

Round 3 - Joe Kruger - DE - Utah - I think this guy will be a force as a LDE in the 3-4. Has the frame to add 20 more pounds and be the same size as JJ Watt. Super long arms, great football IQ, and a relentless motor. Kruger, Hicks, and Jordan would be a big, long, talented, young defensive line.

Round 4 - Jordan Mills - OT - La Tech - Another late round offensive line gem. He's a mauler, and would be an instant upgrade at right tackle. Has great length.

Round 5 - Zavier Gooden - OLB - Missouri - We interviewed him at the senior bowl. Fast, strong, and explosive. I think he would be a great weak side inside linebacker in our 3-4.

Round 6 - Cornelius Washington - OLB - Georgia - He's probably the most freakish athlete in the draft. 6'4, 265lbs, 4.55 forty, 36 reps, 39" vert. He's just a physical monster and would be a plug-and-play type rush backer.

i like the rhodes pick. think it will b him or vacarro. sp likes players from major universities in first round. and both of them fills need.

I hate that Patrick Robinson is so bad, otherwise I would bristle at the notion of the team taking another cornerback so high. Unfortunately, I see Rhodes as very sensible and useful under the current circumstances. We need a new starter at RCB, someone who is consistent.

I also see corneilius washington as more of a 4-3 DE after the senior bowl where he got tons of pressure with his hand in the dirt.

Yea, I think moving to the 3-4 shifts our need from pas rushers to secondary. I like Rhodes a lot. As for Washington, I think his power and explosiveness will allow him to excel in the 3-4 or 4-3.

I would like this draft, we get some real playmakers and address just about every need.

Like the Joe Kruger pick. Most of the draftboards I have seen have him going 7th or udfa.

Gooden 3rd Mills 4th Geathers 5th Kruger 6th.

I wasn't aware of that. I really wouldn't have thought kruger would make it past early 4th. I know zavier is probably moving up boards but I think I should still be there in the fifth. If not, Jon Bostic out of Florida would be an option.

I wouldn't mind taking Rhodes high but Also wouldn't mind looking at late rounders like Sanders Commings, Prentiss Wagner, or Rashaan Melvin as Taller DBs.

Robert Alford is another sleeper in the 2nd or 3rd round range.

I think that the possibility of linebackers like Devin Taylor, Corey Lemonier, and Armonty Bryant being around in the 3rd round gives us some flexibility with our first round pick.

1) Wr
2) OLB
3) RCB

are our most glaring weaknesses in my opinion. I'd like to see us look at stedman bailey, justin hunter, and Courttney Gardner as wr Targets after round 3.

I would agree, devin Taylor is someone I would be happy about. I want a dominant defensive lineman, shutdown corner, and freak pass rusher in this draft. I think that is highly feasible.
