I had a question after reading the pizza delivery thread.
How did the patrons get strapped with paying the "wages" of casino employees? I understand tipping in the food industry is a way to keep my food costs down, but how did we get duped into paying casino dealers?
I've know several dealers who clear 100+ in a good year. I know of a poker room where the average, for all shifts, is 50-60k a year.
And when did tipping, in all industries, become mandatory and not based on performance? If we keep compensating ****** employees, they'll never leave and go find a different job!!!!!!
