I have the feeling that we are going to take either Jones or Ogletree. I would not be surprised if it was the latter, to play at the outside.

4.88 and 4.85 seems really slow for Jones. I guess the possible tweaked hamstring would explain it, although you would think he would not have run the second one if he was hurt. But, that number is not good for his draft stock as an outside pass rush guy. Combine that with is potential spine issues and he could start to really fall.

On the other hand, the 4.53 for Ogletree is pretty impressive.

I hope this was yesterday and not today. Why would we schedule a visit with Butler if Ryan wasn't here?

I love great players, with "bad" test numbers. Hope Jarvis Jones is our guy!

Georgia's pro day begins today.

Something weird is going on with those tweets. They are time stamped as March 21, 2013 at 2:42 P.M. That's about 4 hours from now.

Edit: In fact, the tweets don't say that Rob Ryan is there. I think that's an old picture of Rex and Rob and it can't be from UGA pro-day. If it's today, it hasn't happened yet.

So we scheduled a visit with Victor Butler on a day our DC wasn't going to be here....interesting

I think its because Rob Ryan already knows him pretty well. Plus, I think if we sign Butler, he'll be brought in for depth, as opposed to being our starter.

I doubt Ryan really needed to see Butler face to face. They know each other really well.

A long phone conversation would suffice.

It's not like Ryan is not familiar with Butler, I'm sure they could have an "informal" interview at any time.

It's more a Payton interview

Butler probably spending the night. Rob can meet with him tomorrow. Or when he gets back on Mr. Benson's jet this evening.
