Everyone on here is talking about why we lost the game...
It was Fred Thomas
It was the two picks in the Redzone
It was the INT for a TD

All that said we need to put that loss behind us because it was not as big as it seemed to be because it was an AFC opponent

All of our games that we have left are vs NFC opponents... so they are much bigger... it the saints go 4-2 in the last six and two of those wins are Carolina and Atlanta they will win the Division

People say that it was bad playcalling... 600yds total not the playcalling

The saints are in a horrible slump because in the last 4 games the went 1-3 because of the turnover ratio

Ravens they lost 1 fumble we threw 3 INTs 2 for TD, fumbled 1 time ratio= -3
Bucs we recovered a fumble and so did they ratio = 0
Steelers We lost 3 fumbles ratio= -3
Bengals we threw 3 INTs and lost one fumble, got 1 INT ratio= -3

The last 4 games we are -9 in the turnover column... and we turned the ball over on average 3 times per game...with a total of 12 turnovers... that is why they lost those games... it is impossible to win any football game with that many turnovers

Putting all of that behind us... it is time to turn it around... I do not care what they have to do to get a 7 in the W column whether it is pounding the rock... or passing for 500yds that does not matter... all i have to say is

JUST WIN BABY!!!!

Copy THAT!

I just came from the Standings area and My Brother WE are right THERE!!!!

No head hanging time right now! It's time to unleash hell on the NFC starting with the Mother of all Battle Foes, the Division Rival Falcons!

The time is NOW and I really, really like our chances ( I just never like to see injuries effect our game but Hey! THAT is part of the game!) We just aren't that deep at a lot of positions ( I think, but again, HEY! Who knows who is holding what when their time comes?).

Like you, I just say THE SAINTS ARE COMING!!!!!!!!!! And they are coming on with some very gifted players still able to be fielded, so I'm liking our chances as we sit!

!!!!!!!!!!!!! GEAUX SAINTS GEAUX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You SIR , are after my own heart! I dig the inclusion on Marques since when I developed the thought of it, Big Smooth hadn't made his mark yet and I was even looking at Harper as a toss up as an extra or back-up # and THEN....................well, we know what's happen with Colston's fine play since the first couple of weeks!

On that subject, we need Marques badly (he has earned much love from Drew ____heck who wouldn't love a 6'4" 250lb WR/TE as a target that will snatch balls out of the air as if he is catching a loaf of bread!) He grabs those balls with hands that make the ball seem squishy and more easy to catch, simplicity of making the "Diamond Catch" first taught to me by the Fine WR from Detroit, Herman Moore while working on the same movie.

Herman told me the most critical thing about catching the ball is to first, pick it up as early and focus on the DOT made as the four seems come together at the point of the ball and spiral into a tight black DOT easily seen upon it's release to you and seen early in the air and a fine black point to focus on. Next, with eyes lasered onto that DOT, sight the DOT into the DIAMOND you form as you bring your hands together with forefingers and thumbs combining to form a diamond where you will put that DOT in the center of, away from your body and all with your hands, as the ball reaches your hands or you extend towards the ball, give with it's momentum just enough so as to make a "SOFT" catch that is easily handled and tucked into the safety of the cradle of your hand and inside elbow on the side away from the defender. He also said the first contact from a tackler, calls for a two hand and arm protection so as not to be stripped even if it slows you down! No matter as long as you make the catch and don't fumble, you'll still get some YAC but OH, what a feeling!!
Sorry this took so long but if followed , your catches will be consistantly high percentaged with drops and fumbles non-exsistant from that point on! This from Detroits best WR and IMHO, BEST PLAYER beside Barry Sanders, Herman Moore!
