I know we are ALL "SICK"! I know it! There is no other explaination BUT "mentally disturbed"!

I WOKE UP this morning and the FIRST thing that crosses my mind is: "WE NEED THIS GAME!"!

Now, I know it's not unusual for a fanatic to have his/her team on their mind some, but I mean I bolted upright and the very first thought that crossed my mind was the thought about how BIG this game is for BOTH teams and that we're going into their house and how a win would be a strong rebound and in the Division and we've resigned FM and what that means along with Lawrie's waiver and can we get the ball to DEUCE more in the open field and on it goes...............

I don't get PAID to put this much energy into thinking about the SAINTS !!

Hell (forgive me Lord) I don't put this much energy into my freaking business ( don't tell my Wifey!)!

So, it's GOOD to be able to come downstairs and hit the Good 'Ol SSF and see a whole COMMUNITY of folks as mentally ill as I am and understand it's an epidemic I only want to get STRONGER in #'s!

Mercy, how we NEED this game! Under coach has-been I would be coughing up blood right now but THIS season I geaux into this ATL game KNOWING we can and WILL beat the snot out of them! Look at our season thus far. As long as we can win the bloody and deadly T/O war ( and THAT is something we can control, so it's a good thing) we will be able to beat this falcons team!

So, as always, I pray for a game with no injuries ( I hate injuries for any team! I wish this game could be played simply with skills and desires and none would ever get injured but I also know that is part of what makes a QB courageous or a Defense so threatening, and WR so fragile). And I pray for a SAINTS WIN!

Should I actually PRAY for them to win? You better believe it!

I have FAITH and I'm so grateful to be able to come here and join in this communion of the other SAINTS faithful too!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Dr. D!

(BTW: !!!!!!!!! GEAUX SAINTS GEAUX !!!!!!!!)

Saints jump out to an early lead and force Vick to put the ball in the air and we will see some turnovers! We can win the turnover battle! We can win this game!!

We will... We MUST!!

we will handle it! Vick hasnt played that strong all season. positive thinking :)

i woke up from a dream last night, where among the other irrelevent stuff going on, the game was on a tv in the background of the dream. We were behind 34-13 in the second half. this is only a dream, and were my dreams ever accurate i would be running a psychic hot line...

when i recognized the score, in the dream, i woke up...

We beat ATL in they're house and we can pretty much shut them up the rest of the season, thats all i really care about, if we don't then they can claim they are on the rebound and our win was a fluke and yada yada Trash talk stuff.

I wanna go to the Falcon fans sunday and say, NOW WHAT DO U HAVE TO SAY? AINT THE TURF NOW, AINT THE KATRINA SOFTENING UP PLAYERS TODAY! WHO DAT!!!!

You have expressed my feelings as well, Dr DADDY-EAUX, only with better grammar than I could have written it.

Rest assured you aren't in the minority among the members/visitors to this forum.

I love the New Orleans Saints. Heck - I guess if I am totally honest with myself, I would have to say that I am in love with the New Orleans Saints. Come on, now - just like you expressed, I spend way too much time thinking/worrying/stressing over my Saints. No more sometimes than I have over a lady that I was in love with.

Am I crazy? Don't know, but I do know that I am not the only one.

And what makes my love for the Saints even greater this year is that I have a whole lot of respect for them, also. Can't say that about some of my past girl friends. Or past Saints teams.

Saints: Destination Playoffs!!

LET'S GEAUX SAINTS!

We know what we need to do this week: Run at ATL's weak side (Kerney is DONE for the year), keep containment on the outsides vs. Mexico, and if Copper is lined up opposite D. Hall -- look somewhere else!

This one is HUGE!

Really glad to see there are others out there who feel as I do about this team!

When brooks and dumb ( that's a play on country music's Brooks and Dunn; refering in this case to aaron brooks and coach "has-been"- haslett) were suffering their meltdown and no one was doing ANYTHING about it! I had a really hard time even watching our guys much less involved like I used to be and am now.

This version of the SAINTS is something we can see and comprehend and know we've got some desire and talent behind us to effectively threaten other teams at any time from anywhere!

So, very thankful to have this group of players on our squad, no matter; Win , Lose or Draw, I like our chances now!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you who suffer and convulse with every snap!

Dr. D!

Turnovers are a big reason for our struggles, but we also need to work on our red zone offense. We are having trouble getting the ball in the end zone.
