Saints at Chargers - 2016 - Drew's welcome back to SD! (1 Viewer)

What area are you looking to buy? We found 12 tickets together on the 50 yard line 17 rows up from the Saints bench for $180. Thinking about those. Any chance prices go up some because it's Drew's return.

Wow I'd do that easy. I didn't think tix were available for any teams yet?

I think prices will be highest upon release of tickets and then after the summer and week or so before game time they should drop considerably.

I spent about $300 a piece for similar tickets in Glendale for the opener. Bought my tickets roughly two weeks before game day.

As soon as we purchase ours in that section which should be later this evening or tomorrow, I can let you know and y'all can order in the same row?

Feel free to add me on Facebook if you're on there: Arief Harlan

Sounds good. Just let me know the area!

I think we are going to go for it in the next day or so. Stubhub has tons of tickets available for all the games as soon as the schedule came out.

Just an update on flights from NOLA to SD and back: Southwest Airlines and other Airlines

On Thursday September 29th: They still have the "Wanna Get Away" rate available to San Diego on the non-stop but would have to get a 1 stop return flight if coming back Monday.

Friday Sept 30th: They still have plenty of 1 stop flights to San Diego and back to NOLA on Monday for the "Wanna Get Away" rates. But the non-stops are sold out for that rate but still available for the higher rate.

Saturday October 1st: They still have the "Wanna Get Away" rate for the non-stop to San Diego but again sold out for the return flight on Monday for the non-stop.

Also if you don't mind going to Los Angeles and then driving a couple of hours to San Diego then there are plenty of non-stop flights on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday there and return flights Monday with the "Wanna Get Away" rate: $129 each way.

Other airlines are all offering 1 stop flights to San Diego for about $436 round trip on any dates.

We bought 4 tickets on Stubhub in row 14 in field section 4. It is in the top half of the section where you can actually see. They have I believe 9 seats available in the row right behind us and then also a bunch of pairs of seats in that section and neighboring sections if anyone is interested in being close to us.

We have a group of 13 heading out on the Thursday and returning on the Monday. Our flights are booked ($420'ish out of Lafayette) and our hotel rooms are booked at Hotel Palomar "group rate" gave us a really good deal. This hotel is right in the thick of gaslamp/old town, etc.

Our group age is 35-40 all males, looking to bar hop, maybe catch the Padres vs Dodgers, etc. Anyone been to San Diego and has suggestions on what to do, where to go, etc?

Thanks - WHO DAT!

Trivia question:
We play the AFC West every 4 years alternating home and home, so 2012 we played SD in the Dome. Without Googling, who/how many can tell me why Drew didn't have a SD Homecoming in 2008?

It was a San Diego home game in London.
