I really hope postponing Brees new contract won't bite us and there some good talent on FA next year.


It really ticks me off how Brees wanted to make cap room for Norman, but nothing to bring in some good OG this year. If Brees would of done the extension earlier in the year. We could of gotten a good guard and possibly put us in a better position to get Josh when got released. We have pretty good cap room next year. So, maybe this year FA class was fools gold.

Umm, if he was willing to do it for Norman I'm pretty damn sure he'd been fine doing it for an O lineman. The question is what O Lineman was available? Good Guards are a rarity in the NFL,it's not like there are teams with a plethora of OG's to give away.
