What are you cooking?
On a side note I have been reading pork temple is the best meat to use for jambalaya instead of pork butt. Can't find it anywhere on northshore. Any suggestions?

Gumbo with Shrimp and Oysters.

Creole Cream Cheese Ice Cream for dessert (my kids love this).

Shoulder or boston butt will do.

Living in Germany is it really hard to find proven good receips for stuff like Gumbo and Jambalaya yet alone finding the right ingredients.

So if anybody can recommend a page with relatively simple but good recipes... feel free to share. :)

And Creole Cream Cheese Ice Cream .. is that homemade?

Chicken and Sausage gumbo with Taso and some potato salad. Oh yeah, and beer. Lots of beer.

Shoulder or Butt work great. Just cube it and brown it well and let that sucker cook.

I wont be cooking. I will be having lukewarm, overpriced Nachos in the dome but I love it!

I use Pickled Pork, Pork Tasso, chicken, and Andouille sausage. Did I forget to say I get my grease from frying some bacon in the cast iron pot first?
