Let first give props to all those that were in the Dome today. You were loud and engaged.

However, there was a truck load of Raider fans in the Dome. They out numbered the turnout of Cowboy fans from early last season. Their fans were loud and made their presence felt during some key situations in the game.

Since 2006, I have never seen so many opposing fans in the Dome. It was quite disappointing.

I am not throwing blame at anyone but it was a let down.

Am I the only one that feels this way?

Spoiled fans... They want a winning product.

I live here in dallas but raised in lafayette louisiana. I wondered if flooding had to do with it. Alot people took a hit during the floods.

Agree with the OP -- loudest I have ever heard opposing fans in the Payton era.

My section was full on silver and black. People sell the $65 ticket in the end zone for $150-250 and watch from the couch.

You think Oakland was bad? Just wait till the Seattle game. They are gonna be out in full force and we will be able to tell who's who a lot better with their lime green accents. Their 12th man will be in Nola, bank on it.

I think the Steelers had more fans a couple of years ago but the Saints dominated the game so they weren't as loud.

Can't dictate who fans sell their tickets to. Hell, if they're sold through Ticket Exchange, I assume you never know who buys tickets from you (or do you?). Too many legitimate reasons why fans can't make it to the game.

A lot times when we have a lot of visiting fans at our Dome they are loud and cheer when their team does well on plays. But the Raiders fans actually started defense chants and made noise to try to affect our offense. Props to them. I hope we do the same in San Diego

new Orleans is significantly more fun to visit as opposed to visa versa.....who wants to go to Oakland, anyway :idunno:

Oakland has it's rough parts, but also some really amazing parts. It's my favorite of the 3 bay area big cities.

From the TV, it didn't translate. Noise level just didn't seem up to par. Wife commented on it a couple times.

Helluva game though. Some of those drives were beautiful. The fire was back, full-on.

We were screaming in the living room.
