With 6-7 defensive starters out this team was in trouble before we kicked off.

I still think we will improve if we can field a semi-healthy team but I'd have to say this season we can only hope for improvement from the youngsters.

Our total lack of pass rush just cripples this Defense. Rankins injury turned out to be pretty devastating now that we can look back. We really don't have any kind of pass rush unless we flood the line and that leaves our patchwork DBs exposed.
