Question: Is Rankins practicing? He was removed for reserved/injured list right?

Getting Breaux, Ellerbe and Rankins back by next week would be HUGE for us. I don't see us beating Seattle and would hate for them to rush anybody back.

Still technically on IR. After this week we'll have to clear a roster spot for him and can activate him.

But I thought he had to practice two weeks before we could activate him to 53?

When are we going to stop rushing Armstead back? Let the guy get healthy. He's too valuable long-term for us to be playing this game.

We are in a bind though, we needed him as Peat was out with an injury. Now Armstead looks like he is probably out we really need to have Peat available.

What I found disturbing is that Armstead went out the game with a leg injury. Why on earth would they put him back in the game and immediately run a sweep around the left end and Armstead was limping badly and missed his block entirely. C'MON MAN, WHO CALLED THAT PLAY????
