Haven't heard the uniform combo for the Seattle game yet but would love to see Black on Black.

I like the black and gold, but I also totally dig the black in back. Doesn't really matter to me.

Nope one more with the white jersey. Payton always has them in white at home for the first 4 games then black jerseys the rest of the way

As to the pants I think the players pick that.

Im pretty sure it's the first 5 games (including pre-season) are white, which means this one will be black.

I actually thought it was the first 5 home games including pre-season but in checking it, I noticed a different trend. It actually varies depending on home many home games we have early in the schedule. I only looked back to 2008, but we haven't worn white at home past Week 7 of the regular season and broke out the black jerseys on Week 8 in 6 of those seasons (2008-2010 and 2013-2015)

  • 2008: Week 6 vs. Raiders (5th home game, last in white), Week 8 vs. Chargers (6th "home" game, first in black)

  • 2009: Week 6 vs. Giants (5th home game, last in white), Week 8 vs. Falcons (6th home game, first in black)

  • 2010: Week 7 vs. Browns (6th home game, last in white), Week 8 vs. Steelers (7th home game, first in black)

  • 2013: Week 4 vs. Dolphins (5th home game, last in white), Week 8 vs. Bills (6th home game, first in black)

  • 2014: Week 5 vs. Buccaneers (4th home game, last in white), Week 8 vs. Packers (5th home game, first in black)

  • 2015: Week 6 vs. Falcons (5th home game, last in white), Week 8 vs. Giants (6th home game, first in black
2011 didn't follow the standard protocol under Payton since we wore our throwbacks twice that year (Week 3 vs. Texans, 4th home game; and Week 9 vs. Buccaneers, 6th home game) and we additionally wore black in the 4th pre-season game vs. the Titans. But the last time wearing white that year came in Week 7 vs. Colts which was the 5th home game.

2012 also didn't follow protocol, since we wore black in the 3rd pre-season game vs. Texans but the last game wearing white was Week 5 vs. Chargers (5th home game) and the first wearing black in the regular season was Week 9 vs. Eagles (6th home game).

So we typically start wearing black pretty much by Week 8 or the 6th home game (including pre-season), whichever comes first.

This week is the 6th home game of the year and Week 8, so I think it may be a lock that we're wearing black Sunday. :9:<script>window.post_1477650936581_22 = function(win, msg){ win.postMessage(msg,"*"); }</script>

I love the throwbacks, black jerseys with stripes on the sleeves, and gold pants with huge B&G stripes down the leg. I believe they are from the Muncie, Galbareth, Chandler, and Archie days.

And hell yea on the bat game.

That is some darn fine research you did. I stand corrected I love the black on black I hope we see it on game day. We will know in about 48 hours when we see the kickers warming up on gameday, which would be about now.

Don't the season ticket holders have it on the tickets, or in an e-mail or something?
