This city blows! No conflicting times with the Cowboys and still not going to air the Saints.

Every consensus or polls done it's about 65/35 split saints and it varies 60/40at it's worse but your consensus is more saints fans. Now there is a cowboy market here but it's not the majority.

It's simple. Boycott the station regardless of what programming they offer. Unify in that and you will succeed.

I do not just mean football, I mean everything. contact their advertisers and explain in great detail why their ad dollars wont reach 60% of the market.

I feel for you. It took us a long time to win that battle in Lake Charles. I missed out on some great Saint moments growing up with only Dallas on TV.

Can't catch the Pelicans this season. They don't show up on my foxs sports go app. Guess they're blacked out?

I just don't understand why this can't be resolved some how. I wish we had access to the Monroe fox station.

Are the local papers Saints friendly? If so, I'd contact a reporter and see if they'd like to get in touch with the owners to address why they refuse to air a Saints game when no conflict exists.

Is there a map that will show which areas show saints and which show cowboys? I'm moving soon, really hope it's not a cowboy area.

thats a dang good idea. I honestly never thought about that. I might try to get the ball rolling on that. Thanks!

the NFL rules that 1 station has a DH and 1 station can only show 1 game

this week CBS had the DH... so the Shreveport Fox affiiate had to pick 1 or the other

they picked the Cowboys & Dak

They did a vote and Saints fans won most of time. Now local boy Dak Prescott doing well with them. It is all about ratings. Plus half viewing audience goes into Texas and Arkansas. Now if NFL would allow CBS to carry NFC , I'm sure the local affiliate would rather broadcast Saints than whoever they show.

Exactly, the original poster is wrong about the "conflict" aspect. FOX did not have the double header today, CBS did, so they could only show one game or the other, they chose the Blue Stars. FOX did not any late game in Shreveport, just to clear that part up.

Unfortunately, I've been dealing with this for years, my solution is Sunday Ticket, and save the suspense, that or go to a Sportsbar with the Ticket.
