N/S - Cleveland Browns jersey (1 Viewer)

It really is remarkable that in the current state of parity in the NFL, that there is the high likelihood that two teams in the past 10 years will go 0-16.

It's incredible to think that with how strangely the ball bounces and how random "off-days" are for teams that they wouldn't have just stumbled into a win somewhere.

It's ownership. I think the Browns have had more owners than the Saints have had coaches since 1999.

Edit. It's three for each. The Browns have had three owners: Al Lerner, Randy Lerner, and Jimmy Hasslam. While the Saints have had three coaches: Ditka, Hasslett, and Payton.

No fair-weather fans there.

They'd gain some bandwagoners tho if they become good.

It'd be just like with the Cubs this year and rightfully so imo. One of the reasons a lot of well known people wanted the saints to win in 2009 was bc of Katrina AND bc we were the lovable losers for so long. It'd be the same w the Browns, and I would root for them as long as it wouldn't hurt the Saints.

What amazes me is how these guys always have the top picks in the draft, and still manage to stink. All that talent wasted.

Cleveland... the place where good football players go to die.

They're better draft picks tend to leave in free agency.

It comes down to the QB. The Browns haven't had a "real" QB since Bernie Kosar. That hole in your team can lead to losing season after losing season. Long time Saints fans know this all to well.

lot of people make fun of Cleveland....

But only ONE franchise in the NFL hasn't been better than .500 in any week at all since 2014, and it isn't the Browns

They finally have a good head coach too. Maybe they'll finally get a real QB this coming draft.
