Black Moses.

Players are going to do what they can to keep working and getting paid. I don't hate on that.

But a fan... wow. That's just a choice.

It bothers me the most that Hebert came back to work in the Big Easy. Mort was the only significant player to leave and Joe Horn was washed up when he left.

It's complicated.
I agree.

Andersen and Hebert were both casualties of a front office ill-equipped to deal with the dawn of unrestricted free agency. Andersen was jettisoned because he was too expensive and possibly past his prime. Little did Mora/Kuharich know he was just entering his prime and kicked for another 12 SEASONS!!! Andersen's replacement Chip Lohmiller hit only 57% of his kicks in 1995 -- and missed two extra points ---back when they were from the 2 yd line.

That same season, Andersen hit 8 of 9 kicks from beyond 50 yds. So much for being on the decline.

Hebert was also a tough one. He wasn't really wanted by the FO, so he went where he was wanted. I think what bummed me out the most was how much he embraced the Falcons. I'm pretty sure when he was hired by WWL to replace Buddy D, he was already hosting a similar show on the Falcons radio network. It was odd to me. Didn't like it, at all -- but the Andersen move bothered me the most.

Yep, same here.
I dont know if this will help or not but the Saints Franchise started by taking 2 HoF Legends, one from the Bears and one from the Packers. Sam Mills did amazing things for Carolina and an expansion team. I love when the Panthers get stomped but I wont ever hold the transition of Sam Mills over him or the Panthers organization.

The Joe Horn defection was great because he played poorly and cost them money. I would not mind seeing Kikaha or Anzalone 'defect.' If Strief wanted to sign a long term deal in Atlanta with guaranteed money, I could accept that. I was fine with Jim Mora Jr coaching Atlanta. If they ever want to make Spags or Rob Ryan their head coach, I say go for it! When Terron Armstead becomes a free agent, perhaps he could be the centerpiece of their offseason, with a few picks going to us via a tag when we don't match.

Anzalone is a rookie that looked promising while he was playing..?

No Lance Moore?

It weighed on his conscience so much it forced him into retirement...:ROFLMAO:

Morten Andersen just because he had so many good years left afterwards.

Every single one bothered me, except tacos, they've never let me down.

If I ranked them in order of bother it would be: #1. Hebert, #2. Horn, #3. Anderson, then Moses.

Morten Anderson destroyed me as a child. Only autograph I ever got or cared about was Morten. I deleted him from Madden......

Morten was crushing at the time but he definitely knows what's up

Hebert bothered me because he made it very personal. It doesn't bother me anymore. Now I realize that he should have been there all along. He's more of a Falcon than a Saint imo.

Morten Anderson bothers me to this day.
Joe Horn got personal too and was just sad.
