I am planning on going to the game, do anyone of you know of a good place to stay around the stadium and thing to do/not do in the area? Planning on a 5 day trip.

Thanks

The Marriott in Teaneck. Older hotel but a decent restaurant and sports bar downstairs. And it's close to the stadium.

I plan on going to the game also. Right now, its just me. I plan on driving up from Mississippi and getting there Friday. I would love to meet up with some whodat fans, possible Saturday night and especially Sunday before the game.

Two of my friends and I will be at this one. Getting there Friday night and probably going to the Mets game Saturday.

I live in NJ so I would love to go to this game. Unfortunately, my wife is pregnant and we don't know if it's a good idea for her to go with me. Can't find any Giant fans who are willing and able to go either. Would love to pick up a seat next to some Saints fans and hang out before the game.

I might be up there with some ex-pat Saints fans. Any particular section Saints fans are sitting in? Behind the Saints bench, maybe?

4 of us are also going. Is anyone planning on tailgating? I see there are some options to purchase tickets through Eventbrite, but we would rather be sure there are other Who Dats there.

I’m leaving Nola early Saturday, I’ve got about 3 with me but we are meeting some guys parking at the stadium that are driving in... I expect The Who Dat Nation to be well represented! If someone knows of an area we can all meet up it would be great!

we flying out of Nola Saturday Morning heading to the Saints game...

We bought tickets to this tailgate. Tailgate Events I had called to confirm that visiting teams were welcome in a non hostile environment. Trusting that the guy was honest, it sounds like it is and will be a great time. He only had about 10 spots left on Wed when I booked.

I'm in NYC, but looks like I'll be solo for the game (my friend got a press pass, and I couldn't let him pass up the opp) - anyone else solo, or groups want to hang out with a +1?

I was at this past weekend's game, and it felt like one of the most attended road games by Saints' fans, ever. A lot of local fans from NY/NJ and that area. The Saints' fans I was able to speak with have never been to New Orleans. If you were there this past Sunday and have yet to experience the unique magic of the city, get your butt down there, pronto! :D

I actually ended up running into another fan who was also looking for tickets. It was easier to find a pair as opposed to one, so I had a game buddy.
The fans were pretty passive for the most part, but the mean fans were over the top, and there were a few of those.
I also noticed that stadium wasn’t very loud. The Giants fans started leaving when we went up 14, then basically emptied out after Kamara’s TD. I feel like the remaining Saints fans were almost as loud as the Giants fans.
