E; I was just working on the Sleeper quest and got caught up in a EP run while trying to get my Hive kills. They kept progressing along, so I kept shooting hive. Made sure to get my 20% progress on my world line zero catalyst and voila Sniper dropped. For the world line, you get an actual "drop" or whatever when you progress it. Looked like a datapad that said "world line... Something". I aint sure exactly what procs the drop cause I ran back and forth procing the Tesseract, and one random time I got it.

the first step can be done in one public event...step two isn't likely to be until next reset

I guess it's not a huge deal, but they pushed this "murder mystery" quest as being part of the Festival of the Lost, and only the first step, which is minor at best, will be done during the FotL. Just seems like it should be done in a few days. Of course, I guess the second step could drop tomorrow but the word seems to be that it will take a few weeks and the next step is a week away.

if your power level is below 550 or so, it's probably a good bump to get the 600 Horror Story

besides the 600 PL, it's a pretty average gun at best...the Tigerspite is better and you can get random rolls

I mean, I like the Tiger Spite base gun better, but whether it has random rolls or not, the Horror Story has one of the best possible rolls. If I could get the same roll on a Tiger Spite, it would pretty much be the perfect AR.

Apparently you have until November 6. And if you do the weekly bounty from Amanda Holliday you get 40 of those things. So if you do the weekly bounty on two characters you would be easily at 86.
