Oh well. Can't get them all right.

Wow! The highs and lows of live tv. The beginning of the Rhonda segment was an absolute train wreck. She was rattled and lost and they clearly cut her off and pushed Bayley out there. But the ending with Becky was absolutely electric!!! It's been a long while since I've seen 2 people face off with more intensity and electricity. Becky was of course fantastic and I don't know if that promo was planned or scripted but Rhoda did a hell of a job at the end. That's the Rhonda what we want, the intense bada$$ and not the smiling happy go lucky Rhonda. That was good TV!!

This is why I still say Ronda isn't champion material yet. She's too green. I posted on Reddit that a skilled performer like Alexa would've handled that crowd easily...

Instant heat who you having the upper hand. Ronda just isn't there yet and shouldn't be placed in these situations.

It was a "Tale of Two Ronnies." Her initial promo was a clumsy mess, the second one on Becky was well done. Maybe not great, but that entire exchange made me excited for the match. In the end, that's all that should matter.
 
I agree guys. The problem is the happy go lucky Ronday that they trot out there to point awkwardly and flub clearly scripted promos. When you start talking about Dreams and goals and whatever you lose the audience who paid money to come see two people fight. They need to just turn here straight heel ala Lesnar and just be a straight badarse who just beats people up. So Yeah, Becky owned her again. I loved how she just smiled and stood there, knowing she was getting under Ronda's skin. Don't mess with 'The Man'.

So I have a great idea for who DB should face but the E probably won't do it. But here it is........The Miz......but as a face.
First, you let miz/Shane go on a little run with the tag belts but then have them lose and then Shane turns on Miz. Basically tells him he never wanted to tag with him but felt sorry for him and whatever and say some evil McMahon stuff. So then you have a Shane/Miz feud maybe to finish at Elimination Chamber or the PPV right before Mania (Fastlane I think???).
Then you have Miz win like a fatal 4 way or Gauntlet match or something to win the #1 contendership despite Shane's best efforts.
You then have a hot Babyface Miz vs. the NEW Heel Daniel Bryan. Total reversal of their previous feud. Then Miz can finally win the WWE title and get his Mania moment.
You guys like???

As for Asuka, I am really not sure. So looks like it will be Ronda/Becky for the RAW title. So does that mean we get Charlotte/Asuka again? Or do they involve Charlotte in the Ronda/Becky feud? (I hope not). Maybe they could just do like a multi-person gimmick match of some kind. Maybe Asuka vs. Charlotte vs. Naomi in a 3-way, or throw a few more in there??? Not sure where they are gonna go with it. I'd be fine if they did Charlotte vs. Asuka again, maybe in a iron women match???
 
Wade Keller is reporting Dean Ambrose has essentially given his notice to Vinve personally and won't be signing a new contract in April. Said he's tired of the goofiness and bad booking, basically.

Wouldn't be shocked if true. Creative is just all over the place because of Vince's insanity.

Mike Johnson at PW Insider independently confirmed it as well. Obviously things can change between now and April, but apparently as of right now he's told Vince he's done.
 
Why would there E announce this like that? Almost makes you wonder if it's a work.
 
After watching late, I have to say that honestly, I still wasn’t even really feeling that 2nd Rousey promo (with Lynch).

It was fine/good, but it still seemed, I don’t know...weirdly forced and jumbled. She just doesn’t seem comfortable speaking on the mic (but is way better at the angry ranting).

And it didn’t really negate Lynch’s earlier point that Rousey was just handed main event status & favoritism from the moment she showed up.

And man, that first promo was horribly bad.
