This is what you sign on for when you get Lebron.

One of the greatest to ever play but with it comes an impatient ego and an ever growing need for organizational control(that is going to jeopardize your job security and reputation) that is coupled with poor decision-making and when things crash an inability to take responsibility for the damage you caused.

Things are trending in a way that I realistically could see the Lakers striking out this off-season and things getting really ugly in LA.

It's a good thing for Magic that LeBron never really ingratiated himself with with the Laker fan base. Magic might...might...survive this. He'd better work on his inner Pat Reilly. Personally, I hope it's a multi-car pile up and the Laker organization, Rich Paul, and his boss, LeBron all take a serious long term hit on their legacies. I do feel bad for Luke Walton and the younger players. It's a horrible environment for young talent to develop.
