- The defense sucks. It's slow to react
- The CBs are worse than last year and Robinson was another "throw money down the drain" expensive FA pick-up
- 2 wasted #1s on Davenport
- Dennis Allen cannot make halftime adjustments

- Brees is so old he can't even play in real games
- The Ingram loss is too much to overcome. Latavius who?
- Kamara has lost a step and jukes too much instead of hitting the hole
- SP has lost his locker room
- MT took the big money and is laying down
- And Coach SP would not give me a tryout to fix his special team problems. That's the real tell - lol

That's it! 4-12 at best.

The really hysterical and kinda sad thing about this type dialogue is that so many of us actually lived like that for the 1st 25 years or so. Unfortunately, many of us were right in writing off the season after the 1st preseason game. Personally, I think this and last year's teams are 2 of the 3 best in franchise history under a great coach and dual GMs.

I now have to get back to my music. I was listening to Kermit the Frog sing Rainbow Connection over and over. What a great song and what a great team!

I’ll have what you’re having bud! I get the satire;)

Thanks Breesus! In all the years I've been a bleeding Who Dat fan, I've rarely felt as good about a team as this Saints team. I want to enjoy every minute of this season, especially with the possibility of by far the greatest player to ever wear Black and Gold, Brees, could be his last. I want to be grateful for every Brees completion this year.

You can be pessimistic all you want....

... I’m sticking with 7-9! :9:

You should be ashamed of yourself!

I mean... The defense will probably have the worst day of the season in week 1 regardless

Edit: It's the highest scoring week in NFL history for a reason

LMAO Bill!

Hey Bill - 7-9 or 13-3, I just want to really enjoy this season with my Who Dat family! Who Dat Brother!!!
The great thing about this season is that we have a killer schedule. If we can dominate in the league this year we are most certainly going to be a legitimate Super Bowl contender. To be the best in 2019, we will truly have to beat the best.

If our defense gets it done, Drew Brees will do the rest! :9:

Love all the snark and sass!!

The only 2 real issues I saw

1) was lack of push by our front 4....
....I know it was all vanilla (and cam was out) but still wanted to see the d-line win their battles....

2) just the red zone scoring....
....I am sure it would have been different had drew and the 1s been out there, but I would like to have seen less field goals

And for a bonus! Talk about special teams, I feel like the return game looked MUCH improved! (And how money is lutz?!?)

Frankly this will determine the season this year. While it’s great to have a sure thing like Lutz, the less he has to come out to salvage a drive, the more we will win.

I am hoping Lutz scores 106 points this coming season... 2 FGs and 100 PATs.
True, but that’s not what I think of when it comes to “salvaging” a drive.

Lutz can PAT all day long as far as I’m concerned. :9:

Gotta say guys/girls i havent seen a bunch of negativity about the first preseason game congrats. I saw the title at first thinking i had found it but you got me good one.
