I have no idea one way or another but you significantly reduce that risk getting treated in an area that isn't home to a rival.

I could be wrong but I've always been told it's better to break something than tear ligaments.

I have done both and the broken bone healed faster than the torn ligament damage.

Not really... The team is staying on the west coast for this road trip and Cali has some of the best doctors in the country.

Injuries for QBs on the wrong side of 40 are bad news.

If this is how he goes (permanently) it will be really sad. Robbed 2 years in a row of at least super bowl appearances.

Not to mention he’d lose all his records to Tom Brady who will keep playing (which the media will love for their “goat” talk).

As long as it is not a TEAM doctor, I would not have a problem with all the doctors in Cali. I went to a doc in Madigan for lost fingertips. They took care of me rather well in the Army Base in Seattle/Tacoma area. Just as long as it is not a nose doctor, he should be fine. LOL I hope he is gonna be fine too. I appreciate his work in the game.

Hoping it’s not a season ender. That would pretty much be a season ender for the team, and would also raise a lot questions I’m not ready to think about.

But if he’s out eight weeks or less I can still see a scenario where they could make a second half playoff run. Until I hear otherwise that’s what I’ll hope to see happen.
