I have a feeling we are going to have our way with the Bears. (1 Viewer)

Their offense stinks, but who knows what will happen with Trubisky returning this week (maybe?). Their D is a little beat up, but I'm not sure if that's enough. I'm just not sure about this game. I'm hoping it is a game where we dominate the entire 4 quarters in a blowout, but I have a feeling it will be another slugfest. And right now my crystal ball is blank when I ask about this game. So, I'm just hoping for the best one more time. Like most of this season, one game at a time!

I usually have a feeling, or at least an inkling of what the game will be like. I draw a blank on this one. The only thing that worries me are turnovers. Don't know about this year, but in the past, the Bears have been stifling against the run, inviting passes into the teeth of a very vicious group of LB's and DB's. If they can't stop Murray, we got this. If Murray can't run, the Bears LB's and DB's will feast. :covri:

You are way in over your skis.

Terrible loss, coming off a bye week. Bears defense wanting to make a statement.

Gonna be really rough sledding for us Sunday.

Set your expectations accordingly I am implore you.

I am feverishly casting the Runestones, meditating to the spirit of Vince Lombardi and tracking down my Druid Queen Mystic. Let's hope we get the same answer 5 weeks in a row. This is science! You all know that! - lol
Are you a warlock?

Prepare to be disappointed. It's going to be a dogfight. The game will be in question until the final whistle. Players will get hurt. Yardage will be tough to come by. It's going to be a slog.

I always expect the worst, so I'm never disappointed. Or at least - that's what I tell myself.

The Bears like any Team will show up to play/win and I see a good game vs the Bears they have a good defense and talented players on offense...aside from the QB issue the Bears are a legit Team that should not be chalked up as an automatic W or a style point victory.

Intuition? Prophetic insight? Or, maybe it's some bad sushi I had a Disney yesterday , but I just feel it in my gut that this will be a good game. 6 and 1. Teddy gets another notch on his belt.

I'm going to make a wild guess, but I think Payton will seek Teddy's comfort zone. After the Bucs game I wonder if they didn't get ahead of themselves and push the playbook too far too fast.

The bears are hurting at QB with their own game manager issues and their O-line is banged up. Our D should give Teddy a huge time in possession advantage and field position.

I feel the opposite. As much as I hate it. Reasons

1. Bears coming off bye week
2. If Chase Daniel plays, he might play like Joe Montana, wanting to beat his old team.

3. Bridgewater regressed last game, Bears defense exploit that.

4. Hobbled Kamara.

5. Playing at Soldier Field.

6. About that time where our defense has a mental breakdown. Where nothing goes right, alot of defensive penalties. Happens each year on some games.

I just feel the powers that be in the NFL want to bring the fan base down from the clouds.

This a guy feeling and hope I am wrong.

Oh, no doubt it will be a close, hard-fought game. But we just had the game you describe in no. 6.

How do you prepare for a loss? Make sure to not have an excess of adult beverages handy, and bubble wrap the remote?

I hope your right but my feeling is that neither of these teams are going to have their way with the other. Its gonna be a full hour of wooing and getting to third base will probably constitute the winner.
I think we'll still be stuck having dinner at the restaurant with absolutely horrible service.

Here's a phrase just about every Saints fan will utter at one time or another this Sunday "it's like pulling teeth".

Offensively we're going to struggle, defensively I see them doing nothing. May even get a couple of turnovers cause we'll need to create a short field for our offense.
