Hardrock Hotel (new construction) colapses in French Quarter. (2 Viewers)

I'm not even an engineer and I can easily see that the way those explosives went off were wrong. They've made things worse with one crane piece hanging over Canal it seems and the other sticking into the ground of Rampart.

Just another pothole I'm sure.

This whole thing couldn't have gone worse for Citadel/all star electric (joint venture) and Kailas

That smaller crane is detatched from base and basically leaning and hung up on the remainder of upper levels of bldg.

Good lawd

All of the expplosive went off at the same time. That's clearly wrong. You set the pieces you want to fold off first so that they can begin coming down and then set off the rest after a few seconds.

Any engineers on board that can highlight this?

OK so they thought the boom of small crane would fold in.... But the boom WAS OVER THE METAL FRAMING AT TOP RIGHT... SO IT NEVER WAS GONNA FOLD IN.

WOW

Ok, how could they not see that the smaller crane's arm would collapse onto what appears to be an elevator shaft?

I have no idea but clearly they thought it would do what big one did.

But it's over that metal framing. I mean seriously? Did they not see that??? And that's about 15 tons just slamming into that framing. That's no longer structurally safe.

I mean wow
