I wouldn't be surprised if he is in Payton's dog house. Willie Snead style.

I said... Career 50/50 guy, One Trick Pony, Not a #2 WR, that has played "above his head" here for a couple of seasons... I said this... last year.... when we needed to replace him... He's a body catcher that relies on speed... Always has been... He's not viable #2 WR than can be counted on consistently to run a variety of routes / get open / and make contested catches... He never has been... He's never going to be that guy...

He's best when he can be who he is... a #3 or #4 WR option that can run go routes and double moves on Safeties and Nickle CBs in situations where we are taking shot plays... when he became the #2 option... we were in trouble at WR.

I'm curious how much Ginn played after his last miss. Did TQS take over Ginn's role late in the game? I thought TQS holding onto that pass after getting rocked showed a lot of what they see in him. If Ginn is in the doghouse now, it's possible TQS could assume that role and he may excel at it, hell he couldn't be any worse at this point.

Ginn was fine when CJ was working directly with the WR's. CJ is no longer directly involved with the WR's. To me, that is honestly a big problem.

When did this change?

CJ basically called out Ginn on WWL yesterday. Said he was lazy on Sunday and that with these older recievers, if they don't get involved in the game early, they have a tendency to check out.

We are getting so little production out of Ginn. He needs to get into a groove or something.

We don't have a better alternative on the roster at this point and I don't believe he will be a Saint in 2020. Maybe Kirkwood if he comes off of IR can add some production from that #2 position!

I'm glad someone said it. On one route he ran 70% speed and didn't look for the ball until it was on him. Drew threw a good pass that could have been completed. Ginn was sleep walking. How does that even happen? Mind blowing.
