Tar Heels +4.5 3 units

Brownies -2.5 3 units

1-1

Should have been 4 straight wins for me. UNC missed 4 wide open touchdowns, 5 if you count the wide open td they just missed on 4th down to tie it in OT. They should have won the game easily.

La Tech seems way too easy. I'm just gonna go with the over

Not really easy when they lost their QB, best receiver, and best Lb due to suspensions. There’s just too many unknowns. But, it’s why the line went from -2.5 to-6.5

Oh wow thanks for that info! I didn't even know that smh.

I’m torn on the game, the whole world is on Marshall yet they’re giving us the hook at -6.5. Makes me want to take a stab on LA Tech. On the other side Marshall has a strong defense and has played a better schedule. They look like slightly the better team prior to the suspension.

I guess it really depends on what this redshirt freshman QB can do for LA Tech

According to Vegas Insider the coast casinos are currently the only ones offering the 7. So I grabbed it. Taking a shot at fading the world haha

LA Tech +7 2 units

Fresno +1.5 2 units

Make that 4 overthrown easy touchdowns
Does the betting make the game less enjoyable for you? It reminds me of the way I used to watch games when I first started playing fantasy leagues. I used to watch with fantasy scoring in mind and it really took the fun out of it for me. Now, I only play in a family fantasy league, but I set my lineup and don't even bother to look at my opponents roster. After Sunday night, I check to see how I did. I enjoy watching games much more that way.

But I also know that many like games more when they have action on them. Like some golf buddies that have to have wagers on the games, skins, wolf, etc.

Not trying to slam you, just curious.

It’s hard to not enjoy it when I win more than I lose, haha. Especially this season.

But no, betting on the games do not add to or take away from excitement from the game. If anything it’s added a different perspective to sports over the last 17 years of betting. It’s allowed me to see games that I would have otherwise not watched, become aware and knowledgeable about players that I otherwise would not have known about, and it’s also opened my eyes to the monetary side of the game and how different aspects can effect the game.

Don’t get me wrong. Of course frustration is added at times. I use these threads to voice that frustration as a means to not hold it in. Where when I voice it to others that either share or have shared that same feeling, it becomes somewhat therapeutic. Overall, betting is a hobby for me. Nothing more and nothing less. When it becomes anything but not enjoyable, I would move on to another hobby. It took many years for me to learn to approach it like a hobby, and not as a way to make money.
