Can't believe they're still alive thread (1 Viewer)

As I watch TV while listening to music on YouTube. I'm tired of Taylor Swift.

On a serious note, getting your own elders off the road in away that is sensitive to their independence is one of the hardest things a person can have to do.

No joke. We literally lied to my grandmother to get her keys from her. Woman was 85 trying to renew her license. But she couldn't understand that you can't drive on the interstate at 20mph.

Ozzy is battling Parkinson's...

Man I'll never forget meeting Ozzy When he did USOconcert in Korea at Camp Hovey Korea. He performed in a basketball gym I was 5 rows in. I could of been closer since I was second in line at concert. The place was rocking with about a 1000 people in gym.

After concert to be able to meet and take a picture with my favorite music artist was awesome.20200124_192035.jpg

Ozzy, Alice in Chains, and Sepultura was one of the best shows I've ever been to... it was at UNO and happened to be when Headbanger's Ball filmed their last episode...

Speaking of Alice in Chains I can't believe them and the Stone Temple pilots as a group are still alive after the passing of their lead singers. Those two bands are my favorite from the 90s era. There music was rich, complex, beautiful and deep. Laynes and Scotts voices were majestic.

Oh, I just heard that Stone Temple Pilots were gonna tour with Nickelback but they just canceled because the lead singer slipped a disc.

Robert Downey, Jr. was on my dead pool for a while. He's obvs turned it around but when he was in his 30s, I thought he was going to end up just like his character in Less Than Zero .... OD'd in a convertible sitting between Andrew McCarthy and Jami Gertz. It's so hard to kick the drugs but looks like he did it!
