sleepy sleep (1 Viewer)

ok. if you are trying to sleep on a plane (forewarned, this is my second time brought to the front of plane to stand with a stewardess/steward in the galley), contact your stewardess first before confronting the person invading your space.

between the two hand-rests, stay the fork out of my space.

this forker kept falling asleep on my side like i wanted his annoying arse using me as a pillow. plus, when he wasn't sleeping, he did nothing but complain, loudly and often, that the flight isn't getting there fast enough. i kinda snapped and told him to keep to his own side (i refrained from "foul" language). i am bipolar, so i have a medical excuse :)

that was enough for him to start yelling about how much he hates to fly and sitting next to people. next thing i know, i was escorted to the galley. whatever. i got my own row after.

first time i was escorted to galley, i was hella forked up and spilled a drink on a guys shoe (first class) and he flipped out like a guerilla trying get a banana.

i seriously hate/kinda like traveling. i do like pissing people off.
Dang it, how/why did you not livestream all this ?

I am taking 2 things from this thread
1) CCS would make Snoop cry like a birch
2) Zeetes is like that temporarily homeleless annoying but amusing friend or relative living on your couch.

This is a good place to put this. Something crazy has been happening to me that Is likely panic attic but at the very least I can only explain that way.

it happens right at the moment I’m crossing over from wake to sleep. I can only describe it as a sensation of falling. Really fast. It comes complete with pounding heart and jumping and grabbing the bed. It’s quite startling and upsetting. Sometimes it’s several times a week and on certain nights it happens repeatedly to the point I’m gun shy to even stay laying down. And it always happens at that crossover moment. But I always get over it eventually.

has anyone even heard of such a thing.
OMG, yes...try every night, multiple times a night for over 2 years. Trazodone helps, but I still get them multiple times a week...so exhausting...thanks for posting that. It's nice to see someone suffering with the same problem...j/k.
.it really sucks.

wow I’m not crazy.

well yea, I am crazy but not uniquely so.

thank you. It is a relief. I am familiar with panic attacks so honestly that was a comfort to know they never killed me. It’s even more comfortable now. I’ve learned to embrace them. I’ve chased things I have found to exhilarate me my whole life. I just would prefer to not have any of them when I’m trying to fall asleep.

Also, I'm a very anxious person and have been since battling with a drug addiction for 10 years now...I find that the more anxious I get, the worse the "jumps" are...it's good knowing it isn't a physical problem, but very frustrating not being able to control my anxiety well enough for them to go away.

Yes, I too am feeling more comfort now that I have seen someone dealing with the exact problem I have had for years...I honestly have not met anyone untill now that has gone through this.

makes me feel like there is something on the web about it if we nailed the right keyword search. I’ll pass it on should I find anything.
