Article Rumor: Bears Listening to Trade Offers For Khalil Mack (1 Viewer)

Dude was the invisible man against the Black and Gold. I think da Bears have buyers remorse.

I think the Raiders are still using Bears draft picks from that trade.
Why give up on him so soon, especially coming off a meh year to where you won’t get max value?
That's why it was so frustrating to me that our o-line had that bad game against Minnesota.

I'd go all out and send them a duong phuong king cake, a shrimp poboy from parkway, and a year membership to the zoo.

Ryan Pace, can't say I miss his contributions to our FO. If trading up to grab Mitch wasnt a big enough scarlet letter imagine trading away two first round picks for one of the most disruptive DE in football to then consider dumping him two seasons later because you now need the picks back to try and undue the mistake you made in drafting a dud QB. Ouch

Why? Makes no sense

Makes perfect sense. When Pace and company traded for Mack they thought they had their QB of the future in Trubisky and were only 1 piece away from making a serious run and went 12-4 that year. Fast forward to 2019 and they realized..not exactly that close and Mack is simply an expensive luxury at this point.

Likely hoping some team feels the way they did in 2018 and makes an offer.

I don't think the Bears are giving up on Mitch yet. They will sink with that busted ship.

Been telling ya'll... Franchise QB outweighs all other positions in the NFL... even an All-World DE is up for grabs if it gives you an opportunity to take a chance on what you believe is a Franchise QB... That's just were thee NFL is now.

You either have a Franchise QB.... or you are terrible / mediocre and are desperately looking for one.
The QB position is grossly overrated. Yes its easier to win with a good one than it is without one, but you can win with an average QB. See our most recent winners of the NFC.

Its all about how you construct your roster. If you're gonna pay for a "franchise QB" he'd better be able to make some average looking guys look special. But if you're gonna pay for an elite Edge rusher he'd better make it to where that average QB is winning.

Nagy hates him. Pace might love him [anymore] but feels he has to live with him. Imagine the strife. They’ll likely bring in a veteran and make both compete but not everyone is on board.

I just dont see how they get back what they gave up for him
