I agree with you. Foles has tangible proof that he can be effective when in a good situation. The Bears have a lot of weapons on offense. This could be a good fit

I always thought Trubisky just needed a better system, and coach for that matter.

No way in the world I want anything to do with Trubisky. IMO he very well could be out of the NFL in a few years. He has most of the classic QB measurables that scouts love but he has little to no pocket presence and is not accurate. He also can't process reads quickly enough....I know the Bear oline is not good and the offensive coaching staff is lacking but I don't think Trubisky is starting NFL QB material....

Foles to the Bears could work if they improve the oline....

Yes 100%. Hrs got great ability. Very inconsistent though and he’d learn from Brees and Payton so...

Trubusky is a beta and no amount of coaching from Payton will change that. He's simply not leadership material.

Mitch is still on a rookie deal with 2 more years of control left. That said, he was the 2nd overall pick, so I'm not sure of the financials of his deal for years 4 and 5. QB's who can play, on rookie deals, are quite valuable. I'd expect the Bears to hold him for one more year before trying to recoup something for him.
