Guys...most of us in this forum will get this virus. We are not vaccinated and it's very contagious. The strategy was never to NOT get the virus. It's to get it at different times over the course of a number of months.

And I wish more people understood this.... Unless Sean becomes 80+ years old tomorrow, secretly has lung or heart issues, develops an immune deficiency, or is a closet asthmatic... He'll be fine in a couple of weeks... That is, if he ever gets any symptoms at all.

The issue with this virus was never how deadly it was, or how insanely sick it was making people...

It was always an issue of contagiousness, and a lack of a vaccine overwhelming the medical system and shutting down commerce.

Living his normal life.

That's the point.

That's why we all are (or should be) practicing extreme social distancing.

If we live our normal lives, we all get it around the same time, our health care system gets overwhelmed, and lots of people die who would not have had to die for want of ventalators, ICU beds, etc.
